Fully Managed Installation Service

Hedera Screens offer a fully project managed installation service for all of our products. As part of your initial inquiry it is advantageous to send drawings, specifications, linear meterage and location postcode. A site visit may also be necessary to better understand your project.

Once this information is gathered a quotation will be raised and sent to you to appraise. When the quotation has been agreed, a member of the projects team will liaise with a client representative, a final site visit will be arranged and a installation date will be organised.

What does the installation service involve?

When you instruct us to install your green infrastructure project, a plan will be formulated from the office and the necessary statutory correspondence will be raised, in terms of RAMS etc. A team of our experienced and skilled technicians, Supervisor lead, will then commence your installation. Hedera Screens directly employs all of its workforce, affording client peace of mind and confidence in our company.

All projects are overseen by our Managing Director and Projects Director, to ensure accuracy, completion on time and budget. 100% client satisfaction is our only aim.

How long does installation take?

This will be communicated at point of booking the installation as this can vary a great deal based on location and products chosen. However, We can assure our clients that owing to our many years of experience and infrastructure, we very rarely exceed the time specified, only by situations beyond our control.
